Job summary

Dekko in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a proactive Customer Service and Sales Support professional to manage pre-order activity from quotation through order placement and provide technical assistance to customers and reps.

You'll respond to pricing, ship dates, and order status, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Marketing, and help drive revenue through upselling and dealer platform adoption.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for pre-order inquiries for an assigned customer base, including OEM/large accounts and independent dealers.
• Respond to customer and sales-rep email inquiries regarding pricing, ship dates, and order status, meeting same-day response targets.
• Field inbound technical service calls troubleshooting products and application questions for customers and reps.
• Submit and track NPRs and ECNs with Product Management and Engineering.
• Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Support testing of configurator tool for product releases and testing developer builds before launch.
• Support Marketing with dashboard upkeep and quote, opportunity, and sales-tracking reporting.
• Manage showroom and mock-up order requests from the dealer channel.
• Perform outbound calls, upselling, and cross-brand selling to support revenue objectives.
