Job summary

Berkshire Production Supply LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams in our Fort Wayne, IN facility. You will provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Training will be provided to effectively use our systems and speak about our products. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting with appropriate methods and tools to deliver a superior

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of cutting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to department policies and procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers for order status updates and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to respond to quotes and information via phone and email.
• Handle customer issues with appropriate solutions within order/shipping/delivery time limits and follow up for resolution.
• Partner with the sales team and other internal teams to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Develop customer relationships and inform customers of current sales/marketing programs; close sales opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
