Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, and customer communications. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Ann Arbor, MI or Bohemia, NY offices, with responsibilities spanning order accuracy, invoicing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with a base salary of $26.44–$38.46 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
• 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience.
• Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid understanding of product and service portfolio; biosimilars experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, invoices, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Generate customer reports and service billings; communicate with finance.
• Coordinate with commercial operations and logistics for orders and PO tracking.
• Provide CRM and SAP-based reports and develop sales analytics.
• Handle tender documents and respond to customer inquiries.
