Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in customer service or order processing.
• Reporting skills are required.
• Service and detail oriented approach is essential.
• Solid understanding of product and service portfolio.
• Experience with early stage drug development or biosimilars is desirable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Process orders and ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with commercial operations and finance on purchase orders and order tracking.
• Coordinate with customers and departments on logistics requests and maintain records in systems.
• Check delivery times with internal departments and HQ.
• Maintain accuracy of contract terms and related documents.
• Provide customer reports and service billings and assist in payments with finance.
