The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar, 2+ years in customer service, strong reporting skills, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to sales team and customers
• Process orders, invoices and shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Generate customer reports and service billings

• Assist in payment arrangements with finance department
