The role involves coordinating with internal departments and customers, delivering accurate reports, and maintaining contract documentation.

The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the Bohemia, NY or Ann Arbor, MI offices, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency of the sales process and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
• 2+ years of work experience in customer service or order processing.
• Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid understanding of product and service portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and help streamline order processing.
• Process orders, generate customer reports and service billings, and assist with payments.
• Coordinate with commercial operations and finance to track orders and shipments.
• Maintain accurate contract terms, invoices, and related documents.
• Prepare tender documents and CRM/SAP-based reports for sales.
