Sartorius North America is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the sales team with administrative duties, order processing, and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. You will liaise with customers and internal departments to streamline the order-to-cash process and improve overall efficiency.

This position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office at our Bohemia, NY or Ann Arbor, MI site, with remaining days potentially remote.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, track deliveries and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with commercial operations and finance on purchase orders and orders.
• Coordinate with customers, agents or other departments on logistics requests and maintain records on systems.
• Check delivery times with internal departments and headquarters.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of contract terms, agreements and related documents.
• Guarantee invoice verification.
