Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar required.

Responsibilities

• Process client orders, delivery slips and invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with commercial operations and finance for POs and orders.
• Liaise with customers, agents and departments to handle logistics requests.
• Verify deliveries and maintain contract terms and documents.
• Generate customer reports and service billings and assist in payment arrangements.
