Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Regional Sales Managers to understand sales plans and customers.
• Conduct meetings with customers to review orders and production schedules.
• Create and maintains open order reports in ERP system.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a same business day manner via phone and email.
• Gather order updates and revised Purchase Order approvals to meet fluid needs of key customers.
• Work cross-functionally across brands to keep customers informed and RSMs fully supported.
• Provide cross-training to other Sales Support Specialists for coverage needs.
• Plan and adjust schedule to ensure seamless coverage of customers in varied US time zones.
