• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Maintains inventory levels by ordering items as needed to satisfy customers.
• Ships orders using cost-effective methods and expedites backorders as required.
• Handles customer returns and supports account representatives to ensure satisfaction.
