Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming calls. Responsibilities include order entry, quotes, pricing negotiation within parameters, and building relationships for repeat business.

The role supports stock levels across branches and suppliers, determines shipping methods, expedites backorders, and may handle returns while collaborating with Account Representatives for customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide quotes.
• Enter orders via phone, fax, email or walk-in.
• Place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per PO.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and source products.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods and expedite backorders.
• Handle returns and coordinate with Account Representatives.
