Amcor Limited in Evansville, IN is seeking a Customer Care Specialist focused on servicing orders on-time and in-full. You will handle order entry, acknowledgement, load creation for carrier planning, proactive customer communications, and timely invoicing to mid-to-large accounts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with plants and shipping teams, data analysis, and process improvements to drive on-time delivery and cost control.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service in a fast moving consumer or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in gathering, analyzing and interpreting data.
• JDE/Cognos/Tableau proficiency a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
• Effectively communicate with customers, both external and internal
• Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
• Independent in working effectively with little supervision
• Self-starting
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• With a full understanding of the impact of role to total business costs
• Excellent attention to detailsStrong IT systems knowledge and skills Advanced Excel user
• Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information

• Order Entry, accurate and on-time, with lead time checks
• Order Acknowledgement within 24 hours
• Communicate order status and ship dates with customers at least one week ahead
• Collaborate with Plant Schedulers on demand and schedule
• Identify process improvements to simplify daily routines
• Escalate service risks and work on resolutions
