Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in management, sales, marketing or supply chain.
• 3-5 years' experience in customer service in fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data gathering, analysis and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and on-time, with proactive customer communication.
• Manage mid-tier to large customer accounts and coordinate with plants/shipping teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify day-to-day tasks.
• Provide backup coverage for other Customer Care Specialists.
