Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound CIOs and route to correct department.
• Process paperwork, billing notes, and sealing requirements per customer specs.
• Answer calls and emails and direct to appropriate party promptly.
• Coordinate FedEx/UPS shipments and internal shipping requests.
• Maintain compliance with ISO and SQF guidelines and policies.
