Job summary

PatioShoppers seeks a Regional Sales & Account Manager to expand its Orange County presence with home-based and field sales. You will develop new business, reach decision-makers, and build long-term relationships with HOAs, management companies, and hospitality clients.

This role requires proactive prospecting, follow-up, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline across Southern California, with occasional travel. Base salary plus commissions offers six-figure income potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout Orange County.
• Identify and reach key decision-makers.
• Conduct outbound calling and email prospecting.
• Maintain persistent, professional follow-up with prospects and customers.
• Secure and conduct face-to-face sales appointments.
• Present solutions to boards, committees, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Attend networking functions, trade shows, industry events, and occasional evening meetings.
• Conduct discovery and identify customer needs.
• Develop product recommendations and proposals.
• Follow up on proposals and pending opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, account notes, and activity.
• Follow up after completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
• Work closely with the PatioShoppers team throughout the sales and project process.
