Republic Master Chefs is seeking a field-based Outside B2B Sales Executive to drive new business in the North Orange County territory, covering Anaheim, Santa Ana, Tustin, and surrounding cities. The role focuses on in-person meetings, prospecting, and building lasting relationships with hospitality clients in Southern California.

Base pay is complemented by commissions and annual bonus opportunities, with top performers earning substantial total compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of Outside B2B Sales experience.
• Proven success prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Spend the majority of your workday in the field visiting prospective customers throughout your assigned territory.
• Schedule and conduct in-person customer meetings and sales presentations.

• Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
• Close new business and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
