Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules. You will coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors, document HR processes, and drive improvements across Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, and Performance.

The role emphasizes data transformation, process documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance HR services and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA with 3 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, HR Management, or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, and BI reports including Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage HRIS-related projects.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk.
