Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage Oracle HCM implementation across HR modules. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to drive improvements, ensure system security, and transform data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes elicitation of requirements, documentation of HR processes, and delivering technical solutions while supporting change management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA or higher and 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Preferred: degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with BI reports, dashboards and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models and use cases.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Coordinate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors; manage interdependencies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and efficiency.
