Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an Oracle HCM Platform Manager to own and evolve the Fusion HCM platform, aligning it with HR strategy and business goals. You will lead the platform team, coordinate with HR leaders, and ensure data integrity, security, and reliable operations across the employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on governance, stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance employee experience, analytics, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM or comparable enterprise HCM technology, with significant Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise HCM platform, application team, or significant HCM functional/technical workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, configuration, security, reporting, data, data models, release management, and environment management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and lead functional enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle HCM platform strategy, governance, and roadmap in partnership with HR leadership.
• Manage the HCM application support team and external partner relationships for delivery.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to drive adoption of new capabilities, including AI and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliant change management across the HCM landscape.
• Oversee release management, integrations, and continuous improvement of the platform.
