Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a senior leader to shape the Oracle Fusion HCM strategy and integration roadmap across core HR, payroll, benefits, learning, and recruiting. You will serve as the in-house expert, reducing reliance on external consultants while driving enterprise-wide platform stewardship.

In this role you will translate workforce needs into scalable technology strategies, manage cross-functional initiatives, and align programs with OCTO goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation experience with focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.
• 3+ years operating at manager or senior-lead level without direct people management.
• Proven involvement in OCTO-aligned workforce technology initiatives and M&A tech support.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
• Serve as the in-house expert for Oracle Fusion HCM to reduce external consultant dependency.
• Translate HR and workforce needs into scalable technology strategies and integration plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and governance for OCTO-aligned programs.
