Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a senior IT strategy and integrations leader to drive a multi-year Oracle Fusion HCM transformation. This role shapes the enterprise strategy, integration roadmap, and future-state architecture, with executive visibility and enterprise-wide impact.

You will act as the trusted advisor to HR and Technology leadership, translate HR needs into scalable tech strategies, and lead cross-functional programs, M&A tech enablement, and platform stewardship across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation with Oracle Fusion HCM focus.
• 3+ years at manager/senior-lead level with influence and accountability.
• Experience leading OCTO-style initiatives and M&A technology support.
• Ability to translate HR and tech needs into scalable integration strategies.
• Strong partnerships with HR, Technology, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
• Serve as the in-house expert for Oracle Fusion HCM and platform stewardship.
• Translate workforce needs into clear technology strategies and integration plans.
• Develop OCTO-aligned strategies and roadmaps for modernization initiatives.
• Lead M&A technology enablement and HCM due diligence activities.
• Manage cross-functional programs, report outcomes, and partner with Oracle and SI/vendor teams.
