Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking an HCM Manager (Oracle HCM) for a hybrid Irvine, CA role. You will lead the IT Application Support team, manage HCM product roadmaps, and drive optimization of H2R processes to align with OF platform and business needs.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/HR or related field, 8+ years in Oracle ERP, and 3+ years on Oracle Fusion (H2R). Strong AIM/SDLC practices and hands-on configuration expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or a related field (required).
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP products, with strong understanding of platform functionality and cross-functional integrations.
• Fusion Experience: 3+ years of experience with the OF platform, including functional and technical capabilities (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of H2R processes and related modules; able to configure Recruiting, Onboarding, Workforce Management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the IT Application Support team; align strategies with company objectives.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and drive continuous improvement with evaluations.
• Oversee application support and performance, ensuring timely issue resolution and service optimization.
