You will drive data integrity, compliance, and a forward-looking HR technology roadmap across the employee lifecycle. The role emphasizes technical aptitude, business acumen, and scalable solution delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS, HR Technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Proficiency with HR Technology applications (preferably Oracle HCM Cloud).
• Strong project, program, process management skills and organizational abilities.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with People Operations to implement solutions.
• Perform business process reviews and create action plans.
• Contribute to a long-term HR Technology roadmap.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity.
