Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking an Oracle Cloud Application Lead - HCM to own functional ownership, configuration, and production support of Fusion Cloud HCM. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable solutions for Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.

Impressive candidates will have 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong experience with enterprise structures, and a proven record of leading complex HR transformations in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience in functional lead roles.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management processes.
• Experience with integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM; manage configuration and governance.
• Lead setup for Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management and related reporting.
• Define enterprise structures, legal employers, jobs, locations, and assignments.
• Oversee worker lifecycle data: hires, transfers, terminations, and updates.
• Lead testing, updates, and production support; coordinate with Oracle and MSP partners.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in HCM solutions.
