Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Analyst, HR Technology – Talent & Recruiting to own the day-to-day performance of our talent, recruiting, performance, and talent experience platforms, from configuration and testing to issue resolution and ongoing enhancements.

You'll partner with Talent, Recruiting, IT and stakeholders to implement and manage the Oracle Fusion Talent modules and roadmap initiatives that improve the candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of HR technology experience.
• Experience with HRIS configuration, interfaces, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and configure Oracle Fusion Talent, Performance, and Recruiting modules.
• Manage implementation activities for Talent Experience Platform.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Support testing, defect tracking, and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to Core HR, data, and reporting.
• Develop process documentation and training materials.
• Analyze business processes to propose improvements and better user experience.
• Contribute to Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives.
