Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5+ years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA or higher with 3+ years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• Experience implementing HRIS and processes in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects including Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Liaise with IT, HR, and external vendors to align solutions.
• Document HR processes with diagrams, data models, and rules.
• Support Oracle HCM suite implementation and ongoing improvements.
