Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage multiple Oracle HCM-powered projects. You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to design, configure, test, and deploy system updates while ensuring security and process improvements.

The role emphasizes elicitation, documentation, and collaboration across stakeholder groups, with a focus on improving efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Preferred: Degree in HR, IS, HR management, business admin or related field.
• Experience with business intelligence reporting, dashboards, and Power BI.
• Experience as Product Manager in an agile/scrum environment and strong change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage multiple HRIS projects.
• Liaise with IT/HR/Payroll and third parties during configuration, testing, deployment and updates.
• Elicit and analyze HR processes and document with standard diagrams and data models.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost reductions in HR systems.
