Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into Oracle HCM requirements and manage HRIS projects. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to implement and sustain Oracle HCM modules while driving process improvements and data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes liaison work, requirement elicitation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support talent initiatives and strategic People plans.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM, or MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with Oracle HCM and related HR systems and processes.
• Experience with BI reports and dashboards, preferably Power BI.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, or related.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholder groups including executives, R&D staff, program stewards, SMEs, and IT staff.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, state transitions, use cases, and business rules.
• Contribute to Oracle HCM implementation and sustainment (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Mgmt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Identify interfaces, gaps, variances, inconsistencies, and user experiences; propose improvements.
