Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to transform HR business processes, oversee Oracle HCM modules, and partner with IT to deliver data-driven insights. You will elicit requirements, design configurations, and support quarterly updates while strengthening governance and security around sensitive people data.

You will facilitate stakeholder sessions, document processes, and help craft roadmaps for HR capability improvements in a dynamic, highly collaborative

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA and 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• Degree in HR, IS, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, configuring and testing Oracle HCM
• Experience in process modeling, organizational development, or related
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reports
• Experience implementing modern technologies to replace aging legacy systems
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
• Experience serving as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum environment

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage multiple HRIS projects
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers
• Document HR business processes and data models using standard tools
• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and upgrades for Oracle HCM
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for solutions
• Support people change management and stakeholder relationship management
