Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant focused on Integrated Talent – Talent & Learn Management. You will gather requirements, design robust solutions, and collaborate with client teams to implement and optimize HR processes.

The role involves designing configurations, leading workshops, and supporting testing and go-live activities across Oracle HCM modules, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Integrated Talent – Talent & Learn Management
Minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Integrated Talent – Talent & Learn Management
Collaborate with client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements
Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Learning Management processes with business stakeholders
Configure and optimize Oracle HCM HR processes, conversions, integrations, reports
Create functional and technical design documents
Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live
Plan and organize tasks and report progress
