Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with a focus on Integrated Talent – Talent & Learn Management to join our U.S. client delivery teams.

You will gather requirements, configure HCM modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end learning and talent processes. Minimum 3 years in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Talent & Learn Management and at least 1 full lifecycle implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, focusing on Integrated Talent – Talent & Learn Management.
• 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM.
• Create functional and technical design documents; support testing and go-live activities.
• Plan and report progress; travel may be required.
