Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead to implement, configure, test, and support Talent Management processes across modules such as Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn. You will work with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

You will lead design documentation, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure delivery within budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Functional Consulting in Talent Management Cloud in an Implementation Lead role.
• Certified in Talent Management modules is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle HCM reporting, dashboards and security.

Responsibilities

• Implement Business Processes: Configure, test, and troubleshoot Talent Management modules.
• Provide Comprehensive Support across the project lifecycle.
• Write Functional Design Documents detailing configuration and customization.
• Test and Integrate processes into clients' environments.
• Write preliminary OTBI reports to support analysis.
