Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead to implement, configure, test, and support Talent Management modules across client projects in the United States. You will work with clients to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions and provide ongoing production support.

The role requires extensive experience in Talent Management Cloud, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple modules and deliverables

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of relevant Functional Consulting experience in Talent Management Cloud; working in an Implementation Lead role.
• Certified in Talent Management modules is a plus.
• Provides functional expertise in implementation and maintenance during engagements.
• Ability to plan, develop, organize, monitor and deliver implementations.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, test, troubleshoot, and provide production support for Talent Management modules (Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, Learn).
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver solutions meeting objectives.
• Write functional design documents outlining configuration and customization.
• Test and integrate processes into clients' environments for seamless functionality.
• Create preliminary OTBI reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
