Job summary

Accenture is hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant for a hybrid role across Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL; or Dallas, TX. You will support and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, analyze requirements, and deliver end-user training with strong collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires hands-on experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or 12+ years), and bonus points for Payroll SQL expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years real‑time hands‑on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Associate Degree requires 6 years experience.
• Payroll SQL query experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training for HCM Core HR functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports.
