Job summary

ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to join our Cloud Solutions practice. You’ll support client transformation journeys and deliver Oracle solutions aligned with strategic goals.

You’ll work with a diverse team to drive successful implementations, lead workshops, and ensure testing and user acceptance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of implementing Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys/Onboarding)
• Experience with Oracle Core HR is a plus
• Strong HR, recruiting, and talent management process knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Talent Acquisition & Talent Management processes
• Hands-on configuration with functional setup across Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
• Research, design, and execution of the Oracle application through testing and implementation
• Client-facing communications including articulating business strategy and requirements in layman’s terms
• Working autonomously and collaborating with project teams
• Lead groups in business process reengineering & ArcLight best practices
• Provide inputs to the Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan
• Lead business process prototype workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
• Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream
• Responsible for successful testing including UAT and validation with users
