Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Cloud consultant to join our Oracle practice in the United States. The role focuses on designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, translating business requirements into robust configurations, and guiding clients through complex payroll landscapes.

You will lead workshops, collect detailed requirements, and deliver end-to-end payroll solutions including integrations, conversions, reports, and testing.

Qualifications

• Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module.
• 7+ years’ of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
• Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables, etc.
