Job summary

Accenture is seeking a mid-level Business Architecture Team Lead/Consultant to help clients navigate digital transformation with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities. You will lead design workshops, gather requirements, and configure Oracle HCM processes across Recruiting, Talent, and Learn Management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff while ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction across multiple locations, including Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Integrated Talent – Recruiting, Talent, & Learn Management.
• Minimum 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Integrated Talent – Recruiting, Talent, & Learn Management.
• Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
• Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Learning Management processes with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM.
• Provide expertise translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks (Page Personalization, Security, Approvals).
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live.
