Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management modules. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting and related applications while training and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with finance and IT teams across the organization to improve operational efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of ERP systems.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital or health system finance operations experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement.
• Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Deliver work products meeting project requirements within guidelines for configuration/development.
• Analyze and document current and future needs and workflows through data gathering.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support and evaluation of system projects.
• Contribute in meetings; develop competency in assigned area and communicate effectively.
• Interact with business partners and ERP team members to deliver solutions.
