Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role includes junior support and configuration of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications, training partners, and mentoring less experienced analysts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ERP systems, a Bachelor's degree in IT/Business, and Oracle Certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent background and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems, with increasing responsibility.
• Oracle Applications Certifications - Certification in one of several Oracle Applications - Preferred
• Strong proficiency in SaaS ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion
• Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to work with peers at all levels in establishing and executing strategies for the process improvement and solution selection.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications process and performance improvement.
