Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP performance management modules. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications, train partners, and mentor junior staff.

You will work with finance and IT teams to optimize ERP systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable application availability across multiple sites. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent background and experience.
• 3+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems, with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications process and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering the assigned task and reports progress to the application manager.
• Delivers work that meets project requirements defined by scope and guidelines for application configuration/development.
• Interviews and gathers data to document current and future needs and workflows related to regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Participates in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of systems with design, documentation, and testing.
