Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP modules and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will support and configure planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance applications while mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with finance and IT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality delivery of ERP solutions across the organization.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent background and experience - Required

Mansioni

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications process and performance improvement.
• Reports project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Delivers a work product that meets project requirements defined by the scope and stays within departmental guidelines for application configuration/development.
• Analyzes and documents current and future needs and workflows through interviews and gathering data regarding regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and departmental policies.
• Participates in conversations in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of clinical or business application systems as assigned.
• Contributes in team and project meetings. Learns, develops, and maintains competency in the assigned application or technical area.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business partners and ERP team members to deliver solutions.
