Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role involves junior-level support and configuration of planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance applications, plus training and mentoring of colleagues.

The candidate will work with partners across the organization to improve operational efficiency, manage changes, and ensure high-quality application availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations or configurations.
Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
Document current and future processes through interviews and data gathering.
