Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance applications, while training and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with business partners at all levels to enhance tool usage and boost operational efficiency. This role requires strong communication and teamwork to implement changes and ensure high availability of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent background and experience).
3+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud: design, configuration, testing and support.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
Document needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
