Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role supports planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools, mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality application delivery.

You will train business partners and ERP teams, manage changes, and collaborate with finance and IT to optimize processes and performance.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or functional business systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background and experience is required.
• Oracle Applications Certifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance improvements.
• Deliver work products that meet project requirements and standard guidelines.
