Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP and drive cross-functional initiatives in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications. You will assist, train, and support partners and other analysts in operating and administering these systems.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals, and help design, test, and implement ERP configurations while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3+ years in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support; hospital/health system finance ops preferred.
• Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering tasks and reporting to the application manager.
• Document current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support and evaluation of ERP systems.
• Contribute in team meetings and work closely with colleagues.
