Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance applications, while training and mentoring junior staff and collaborating with business partners across the organization.

The role emphasizes design, configuration, testing, and problem-solving within ERP environments, with a focus on operational efficiency and quality delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
• 3+ years in ERP systems with increasing responsibility.
• Hospital or health system finance operations experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications process and performance improvement.
• Reports project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Delivers a work product that meets project requirements within scope and guidelines.
• Analyzes current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
