Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives.

You will provide junior-level support and configuration for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications, train partners, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with finance and IT to enhance operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent background and experience.
• 3+ years of ERP systems experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules and enterprise performance management.
• Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance improvements.
• Documents requirements and supports process improvements and delivery.
