Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Finance across global operations. You will bridge business needs with scalable technology, drive transformation, and partner with Finance leadership and IT to implement best practices in Q2C and P2P.

You will play a pivotal role in finance transformations, ensuring processes are standardized and solutions are robust, scalable, and future-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of experience leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.
• 4+ years of strong functional experience in supply chain-heavy financial accounting, including revenue recognition, customer billing, supplier invoicing, and Intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a hybrid of functional (80%) and technical (20%) responsibilities across transformation programs and daily operations.
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to evaluate customization needs vs standard capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with implementation vendors to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Investigate and diagnose system issues and communicate technical root causes to non-technical stakeholders.
