Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution to drive growth and delivery of Oracle Cloud Distribution programs nationwide. You will blend executive advisory, business development, and practice leadership to expand market presence and revenue.

Lead cross‑functional teams, shape go-to‑market strategies, and guide large transformation programs. Mentor project teams and guide clients on cloud adoption and data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Distribution.
• Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Lead complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partners.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Distribution Transformations
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making
