Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution to drive growth and delivery of Oracle Cloud Distribution initiatives across client engagements. You will couple executive advisory with business development, practice leadership, and large-scale transformations.

You will expand market presence, shape go-to-market strategy, lead complex pursuits, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud, including Supply Chain and Distribution.
• Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Experience leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, and executive workshops.
• Strong executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed consulting teams on multiple engagements.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development and executive relationships.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliances to identify and close new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Develop growth strategies to expand Oracle Cloud consulting within existing clients.
• Lead end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes for successful project delivery.
• Lead design conversations on Oracle Cloud solutions with clients.
• Chair executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud adoption and operating model changes.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients in data-driven decision making.
